For example, the maximum usage level in frozen beverages (excluding edible ice) and biscuit products is 0.04g/kg. In cocoa products, chocolates, and chocolate products (including cocoa butter substitutes), as well as decorative toppings for pastries, the maximum usage level is 3.0g/kg. For baking fillings and surface coatings, as well as formulated wine products, the maximum usage level is 1.0g/kg.
